It is loose and flowing below the bust which is perfect in the summer. The bust is modest and worked well for me (40F) with the adjustable straps. I hope Torrid makes more dresses like this with this material in different colors and different lengths - I would buy them all! I got my usual size 2 and it fits as expected. I'm 5'9" and the length was to my ankles.

The material is soft and really good quality. I hope I can find a few more with different patterns. The size fit a little big which is always a win in my opinion! I ordered a size 2; I am 5'2" and 290 lbs for reference. The length went just above my ankles.
