Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect super soft maxi I'm 5'8, 225lbs, 40DD and I bought a 1. It's little on the short side for my height but hardly a problem (it's a few inches above my ankles). This is made with the classic super soft fabric, with a double layer at the bust and waist and a single layer skirt portion. It's perfect for Florida weather and I love the cold shoulder. If you don't like cold shoulder, just don't buy it. Certainly don't go and give a perfectly lovely dress one star because of your personal dislike of a cold shoulder.

I love a maxi but at 5'4" (weight 220) I can't always make it work. This falls perfectly to the ankle. The cold shoulder detail is really cute, but you can also keep it up instead. I bought a size 0 and I will sometimes size up but it fits great.
