Flattering!
I love this dress! The material is thin enough to be comfortable in warmer weather, even with the long sleeves. It’s very figure flattering and accentuates an hourglass shape. I especially love that it tucks in at the small of my back rather than tenting out (iykyk). The ties on the sides are a fun detail—they let you show a little leg from the side, which gives a leg-lengthening effect while still keeping the areas I’d rather keep modest covered.
I got a size 1, which is my usual size for most Torrid clothing. My only small complaint is that there’s a gap that forms between two of the buttons at the fullest part of my chest. I don’t know if sizing up would be as flattering, but I might order a size 2 as well just to compare.

Simple black dress
Cool dress throw on go out draw strings work perfectly.Button up is awesome to.I am going to wear a blue Jean jacket/boots with it this fall.

Very comfortable and flattering. It does great things for the shape and shows off an hourglass figure. Really good material too perfect thickness and good quality. I’m usually a two, but I went with a 3 on this one.

Versatile and flattering
This dress has adjustable drawstrings all the way up the side almost to the armpit. You can make it shorter or longer on either side.
I feel like there's a of extra space in the belly, hugs the back side nicely but a little tight in the top. I had to unbutton three bottoms to avoid gaping. I usually wear a size one in most torrid dresses. I'm 5'8. I carry most of my weight in the belly hips and back side. I'm a 40 DDD.

This is the best dress. Please make it in more colors and/or fabrics. The style is so flattering. It accentuates all of you curves and hides the stuff you want to conceal!!

Soooo sexy!
I decided to go with my normal size of 4 instead of sizing down and I’m so glad because it would have clung to my gut! The 4 showed my shape without going into my rolls. I wore it on a first date and needless to say, he loved it lol. It definitely makes your booty pop and my arms are covered!! Love this dress!

Tight in the bust
The bust area is TIGHT. If you are big busted (42DDD) this is going to be too tight and you may want to order a size up. I ordered my normal size 2 and the hip area fits great....it is the bust that is tight. Please note that the dress only really buttons halfway. The bottom buttons are for show. I knew there was going to be an issue when I went to put the dress on over my head...I got it over my hips but the bust area I could not button all the buttons and/or they would gap. The arm area (for me) was a little snug too. So I am going to try to exchange for a larger size and hope for the best. It is a beautiful color. The material is like a heavier linen. I can't wait to wear with some black or brown boots!!
