Love the color
Purchased the purple color, looks just as vibrant in person, though I do wish there was some sort of light lining so I can avoid showing my bra without resorting to a tank top underneath.

Beautiful Top!
For me this top is true to size. I did purchase it in store and was able to try it on. It was not too wide nor too tight but my perfect size 1. I will not dry the shirt to make sure it doesn’t shrink.
I do agree with other reviewers about the inconsistent sizing Torrid has had over the past year or so, however the one I tried on was perfect.
It is a lovely, feminine top. I do suggest needing to try it on to make sure.

Colour is so gorgeous !
The fabric and the colour are to die for. But I just couldn't get into the puffy shoulders. I am very large from the waist up - sometimes think I look like a line-backer .... so these puffy shoulders just don't help my form at all. Would probably look fabulous on a smaller form than me.

Pretty top 🌺
Pretty top. Good quality fabric. Colour is not as white as on the website. Which is fine with me. The top of the sleeves are quite poofy but I’m hoping once I wash it, the poofiness will go away. Not crazy about the elastic at the bottom of the sleeves either. It might grow on me, if not I’ll take it out. All said, it’s a very pretty top. Can’t wait to wear it on vacay. 😎🌺🌴

Pretty but terrible fit
Just not happening...love the color and sleeve length but it is SOOOOO wide. I feel like I put on a burlap sack with no shape. Yes, it is going back along with two dresses from this order. Torrid's sizing is so out of whack lately and I am tired of returns. Torrid...you need to get with the program because from many other reviews, you are going to lose customers.

Great top, much too wide
Very nice lightweight cotton blouse. It will be great for spring and even summer. The eyelet holes are big enough it will require a light cami underneath.
Now for my complaint. I LOVE Torrid clothes, 90% of my wardrobe is from Torrid. I love the fact the styles are not frumpy and are fun, even for someone my age (66 yo). BUT, I greatly dislike that the sizing is so erratic for some items. For example, as shown in this photo, two shirts I received in my recent online order are both size 1 but the eyelet shirt is 3 to 4 inches wider on EACH side than the size 1 blue floral shirt.
The *difference* in the two shirts is bad enough, but even if I was not comparing them together, they are both still either too big or too little. In other words, neither one fits like the other size 1 tops I buy from Torrid.
The eyelet shirt is way too wide (hence the 3 stars even though the shirt is actually a 5 star shirt). Since I buy most of my Torrid clothes online, it's always a guessing game to know which size to buy in some items. Granted, some items are naturally cut larger than others like this eyelet shirt, but I'm still never sure if I size down if it will be too tight in the arm holes. And I never know if items that are naturally cut to be more fitted like this blue floral shirt in the photo will be too big in the chest if I size up. For these two items I will have to reorder the eyelet shirt in a 0 and reorder the blue floral top in a 2.
I get that Torrid is a ready to wear store trying to fit many different body types. And I get that the clothes come from different manufacturers, but the solution to that is to post the width in inches. Torrid does a GREAT job in the descriptions of each item - including always listing the length which I greatly appreciate - but they need to step it up and also include the width in inches.

Model picture inaccurate
I wear a 14/16 in tops, or about a 1 in torrid. I bought this loving the look on the model but sized down knowing tops from Torrid have been fitting huge lately. I was absolutely swimming in the 0! Sadly this unwearable tent had to be returned.

Beautiful but way too big
This top is gorgeous but the sizing is way off/too big. This has typically been an issue with Torrid clothing. They have adorable clothes, but the sizes are all over the place.
The other issue I've discovered this year is they're closing a lot of their stores at least in Illinois they're. What this makes me realize/do is to no longer purchase Torrid clothing. I typically purchase 2 different sizes when purchasing and have to return 1 if not both of the clothing items due to sizing issues. With the closest Torrid store now being well over an hour from me, it's no longer convenient to purchase online do to having too far of a commute to return items.
