The flutter sleeves were a little more poofy than I was expecting but it definitely leveled up the top making it more dressy

I was told by an associate that if I wear a 4x normally, then I should get a 3x at Torrid because their sizes run larger. Oh, how I wish I hadn't listened! It turns out that there is no stock left anywhere, and it's a final sale because I got a discount, and cannot be returned or exchanged even if it was in stock. To add insult to injury, this is 99% cotton (normally a good thing) but it means that it will shrink when washed. Sooo.. I have a cute blouse that I will never be able to wear. I will never order online from Torrid again. On a small fixed income, I don't have money to throw away.
