It is lightweight and has sleeves. Size is a 3 in the photo. For reference I am 280 at 5' 7". The 3 is large on me, gave room to move around in and is flowy. I wanted it loose to for the breeze and glad I did get it loose. The material washed dryed quickly hanging it on a chair after getting the bottom of it wet. Love this!
