It shows a lot of skin and I don't wear it with a regular bra bc it would show the straps and the cups in the sides. I bought a 00 and I wear a 40ddd bra. I wear it with a strappy bralette that's intended to be seen bc that's pretty much the point of this shirt . If you have side rolls you're not comfortable with showcasing then maybe you can wear a tank under it but it's too hot for that down here.
