Fit either way. Makes a perfect lightweight item to throw on over a dress. Especially if you want to say wear a strapless dress to work or even if you don't have the correct bra (Which was my case the other day). Pockets help a little, especially if you have a dress with no pockets. Highly recommend if you are like me and live in dresses.
