It is stretchy and moves with you. You’re not held back from anything when wearing these. This is like my third pair. I am considered short so to achieve this look I had to roll it up once more. So glad I found out about torrid like years back. They a pricey but so worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed. For reference I’m 5’3.5 and 250lbs.

Definitely recommend these, I am 5’4 and size 20- they are perfect length and also fit very nicely! The stretch is nice too and they do not stretch out too much to the point where they are falling off at the end of the day. Love them!
