Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO GLAD I BOUGHT THIS!!! Bought this as a birthday dress and it was so cute and sexy! Got compliments all night!! It was the perfect length. The top was a tad small for my boobs but the mesh was opaque enough that you couldn't really see through if the black underlay dropped lower while I was dancing. I was going back and forth on buying and I'm so glad I got it!! Confidence sky high in this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really like it! Is it perfect? No. The straps are oddly long and the design (once again Torrid!) was not made to cover the bra straps in back. (Torrid - when will you listen???) When I initially tried this on at the store the entire top hung out under my bra line - not ideal! I took it off, adjusted the straps and voila! Add in my old school torrid biker boots (happy accident due to snow) and it's bringing me back to my 90's high school vibes in an awesome way! Throw on a little black jacket (extra points for a black leather zip jacket) and I'd totally be rocking out in this! This is one dress that can easily cause exposure (front or back) simply by bending over. This problem is completely avoidable with biker shorts and a bralette or tank top underneath. BTW- the fabric is that awesome super soft mesh. If I don't wear this as a dress, it would easily work as a nighty too. For reference, I'm 5'6", 160 and got this in 00. It fit tts,and the fabric is somewhat stretchy. It is definitely on the shorter side. Great as a mini for me and shorter girls, tall girlies you may want to avoid this one or plan to wear it as a tunic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it!!! I love this dress!!! I’m 5’2, 49/48/50, and this dress is flattering for my figure. I ordered a size 2. The length is right above my knee and it hides my apron belly. The criss cross straps are adjustable so you can adjust them if you think the front is too low. The color is so pretty. This dress can be worn casual with sandals or dress it up with high heels. I plan on wearing this dress to a wedding with a black blazer & black heels. Looking forward to wearing it this summer also. It’s a keeper for me!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG I am in LOVE As soon as I tried this dress on I fell in love! It is perfect for my vegas trip and I have no issues going braless which is typically a no go! I am in the process of shedding a few pounds so I went and ordered a size down so I have it! I am typically a 2/3x and a 2X was perfect. Stretchy! Some others complained about the straps but they gave me no issues.

That being said I knew this dress would flatter me even though the description was funky and not clear, I took a chance because halter and criss cross styles flatter my body type. I carry most of my weight in my hips and butt at 5’6 and 340 pounds. I ordered a size 4 and it fits perfectly. It just barely covers my behind but it does cover it completely. Definitely a fun option for night life! I’m not sure if this dress would fit someone with a large bust. I am a 46 C and it just barely fit my bust as well.

It says that it’s a cross back dress but the picture is clearly a halter. And the dress itself is cross back and not halter. It’s a really pretty dress. It’s just not listed correctly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Big NO What the heck Torrid? this is the worst cut most awful fitting dress I've ever tried of yours. Even with the adjustable straps they are far too wide (and i have VERY wide & muscular shoulders), with absolutely not enough room in the armpit to adjust properly and to top it off far too low of a drop. I can barely imagine this working on anyone. Amazing the few reviews below that got this to work - but it must be few and far between

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Quite Disappointed as I wanted to like this dress. The length was great for me (only 5”1’) but as others have pointed out, the top had a weird fitting. I tried readjusting in spots but it wasn’t quite right. Returned to the store.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weird fit I wanted to love this dress because the pattern is cute, but the fit in the top is so weird. It's like it wanted to be a halter top (or should've been one), so the straps are almost under your armpits, which is uncomfortable. It also has zero support, so the top doesn't hold anything up and I feel like the girls would be spilling out everywhere. Might work if you wear a layering shirt underneath, but I feel like you shouldn't HAVE to do that. The slip part is also pretty short, so overall this was a miss for me. I don't know what's been going on with sizing lately, but I'll be returning this one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good pattern, bad fit I was excited. In my urge to try it on, I tore off the tags. Honestly, I still haven't figured out how to put it on properly. I'll try again today... It's put together very strangely. Perhaps if I had bigger boobs, it would fit correctly 🤔
