Honestly I ordered these anyways even after looking at the bad reviews. I normally have to order a size down in torrid shoes because they are so wide but these have a normal fit like if you bought them at a regular store . So I bought my normal size 12 and they fit perfect. The crochet isn’t super stiff has a little stretch . They fill nice .

Good, but not great
I've worn these a few times and while I love how cute they look, they are tricky to walk in. I feel like the cross bands are too stiff so they don't mold too my foot. So instead of staying on they slowly start sliding off of my feet as I walk. Again, super cute, just not a sandal I'd wear to walk around all day in.

Comfortable soles.
Fit well. Rubbed the top of my feet raw for the first wear. Will use a bandage under the straps until they are broken in. I wore them all day at work.
