Wanted to love these so bad
These shoes are super super cute, they're a little too narrow, though. My feet usually do okay in Torrid shoes, these just didn't have much give.

super cute but a little tighter than usual...
Great looking. Love the heel and color. However the crosspiece over the big tow is snug and digs in a bit. I returned my usual size and went up one. Much better. First time for a torrid shoe.

Attractive, Uncomfortably Tall, Tight Heels
The color and texture were awesome. Super cute shoes. However, they’ve cured me of my curiosity around 4 inch heels. Deeply uncomfortable walking. When you combine that with the fact that the shoes are far more snug than any Torrid shoes I’ve ever owned before, and I do own dozens, they actually left scars on the top of my feet after a night out drinking where I walked around for a few hours, and the alcohol apparently helped me not notice how uncomfortable they were. I would not recommend. Torrid has laser cut booties with significantly shorter heels that I’m going to try instead.

Not as wide!
I bought these as soon as I saw them on the site - I was excited by the sturdy heel, the light neutral color and the texture/look of these. Torrid shoes have always been great for me, and have been the only shoes I can confidently buy online because of their width. Unfortunately these are nowhere near as wide as other shoes I have purchased. The first side strap is stretchy on the inside but the last two are not, meaning if you are wide anywhere between the arch and ball of your foot, this is not going to fit you. I could barely get my foot in them towards the front but had a gap near my heel at the zipper, and my toes went numb before I had even taken a few steps. Super disappointed as I had already started picturing what outfits I would pair these with and the quality seemed good but sadly I had to return them to my local store :( I don't know if Torrid has started sourcing from a new supplier or what, but these are definitely not anywhere near the shoe width I'm used to getting from them.

Disappointed
I loved the style of these and wanted to give them a try despite poor reviews. In person the color has an olive tone to them, somewhere between taupe and olive, I didn't care for the color and I would think it would be hard to match an outfit with such a weird color, too. Besides the color issue I had a major fitting issue as well. I ordered a 9.5 my normal size, but they were huge on me. I think I probably could have ordered a whole size lower but didn't want to due to the color, just returned instead.

Pretty but deadly
I was so excited to purchase these shoes because of the color and style. I purchased a 9 and a 9.5 because here lately Torrid is unpredictable with their sizing. To my surprise neither shoe worked. The 9.5 was too big at the heel and too tight on the bottom strap that crosses the toes. The 9 fit fine in length and the heel but that bottom strap was even tighter and cut into my feet. It used to be a no-brainer when shopping for shoes at Torrid but within the past year, I'm returning more shoes than keeping. I have a true wide width foot and for the longest Torrid has catered to my problem feet so to have to return this shoe was a disappointment. Pretty shoe but that bottom strap cuts/digs into my foot on the side.
