This is a beautiful dress that is so flattering on. I was on the fence with this one du to the negative reviews and ultimately couldn’t pass it up because I kept coming back to it. Yea the top can be restrictive if you are large chested but as other have mentioned the lining can easily be removed and this will make the chest area fit nicer. My two complaints are this: make the strap adjustable and pockets please, other than that i am in love with this dress and how nicely it fits. Glad i ignored all those negative reviews

Nice Denim Feel ❤️
Im 5’8 and usually wear a size 2 or 3 in Torrid dresses depending on the style, but here I am wearing a Size 4 because I read in the reviews that this dress didn’t have any stretch at the bust area and keeping in mind that I’m a size DD cup, I bought a Size 4.
That being said, I LOVE the Denim Material! The length and fit along the Torso is Perfect 👌🏻. Not restricting or difficult to move in. The only thing I have to say bad about this dress, is the Bust fit. It is really tight due to a 2nd layer of cloth lining it has in that area on the inside.
No big deal though! AlI I did was “ CUT IT” . So if you bought this dress and this bothers you, just cut it from the inside and your problem will be fixed.
I still give it a five star because the denim material of this dress feels really nice. It’s not thin or too thick. Feels expensive and went Beautifully with my Western Jewelry. Thank You My Torrid!!! Please Please Keep Us Texas Girls Happy With Your Cowboy Selections! Im So So Loving Them! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️

Beautiful details.
Took it on a summer vacation and it was a hit both dressed up and down.Very versatile. I sized up to get a loser fit around my stomach and hips.

Love this style
I think this dress is beautiful. Mine fit true to size. I think the style of the dress is to squish down your breast or else your breast would be falling out. I love the length - I’m 5’5. Great quality but this dress was meant for the ladies who want to show some cleavage

This cut, wowza
The bust looks incredible on me and the undebust waistline is so flattering. The whole dress looks amazing honestly, even the structured denim fabric is working in my favor. It makes me look slimmer and taller. I dearly hope this is a silhouette torrid picks up in other fabrics, too, I'd buy them all. I'm 40 DDD and the bodice is very fitted, bordering on tight but in a good way.

Cute but...
I love this dress and the size one fits perfect, but...the dress has stretch and the bodice cups were lined with woven, non stretch fabric. This issue made my bosom both lifted and flattened out at the same time. Not attractive. But, I cut the lining out of the bodice and now it fits great. But, for what Torrid charges, I shouldn't have to adjust the clothing; especially when common sense could have prevented the issue.

I took 2 stars for length and bodice. I wear a 2 in mostly everything from Torrid and some dresses depending on fabric n cut I can do a 1, but this is waaaay off!
Pros: nice weight to the jean material. As one reviewer said it’s made of actual jeans material.
Cons: I am 5’4.5” and this hit me like a midi around my calves. I read a review of someone being 5”8’ and it’s a maxi on her which stands to reason that production of this one was all over the place.
Cons: the breast area is horribly placed. The cups smash you in, in a very unflattering way.
Bust was a bust, bodice not for my body, maxi length lost in production!!!
Overall the idea is good but the execution was a miss. Thankfully my less endowed friend has a born-day around the corner so rather than return I’ll gift it to her. Torrid, please redo this number in a more functional bodice. We know you can do better because we wear it almost everyday.

I usually wear a size 2, but definitely should have SIZED UP for this one. It is very pretty - but squashes my breasts oddly to my chest and is a little to clingy around my mid-section. Hoping they have the next size up for exchange. I am 5 1/2 feet tall, and this was long like a maxi on me. The denim is heavy, like jeans, so will be a great Fall wear with a cute jean jacket or similiar.

Agree with previous reviewer that bodice fits strangely on a full figure bust. No support or sufficient coverage. I like the fabric through, it’s a nice medium weight. It’s a maxi dress on my 5’8” frame.

Sized up for the girls...
Let me start out by saying I WANTED to love this dress. The denim is a really nice weight, and I think it would probably smooth out problem areas very nicely.
Per the other reviews, I sized up to accommodate my bust. I see exactly what other reviewers have meant about the bust lining not having stretch or making any sense. It can definitely create an unflattering shape. For the price, and how loose the rest of the dress was, I wasn't willing to take the risk of cutting the lining as other customers recommended.
For reference, I'm 5'6" and usually wear a 0 or 12, 36F. Bought a 1, but it's going back. :(
Would have loved to love it, but alas, this one is going back.
