Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very flattering vest I absolutely love the fit of this vest. I am tall so it works as a high waste cutting vest, not a full length, to the pants as shown in the photo. I will add that on of the buttons on the front fell off after a short time wearing it. I have contacted Torrid to see if they can send me a replacement button. I am still waiting for a reply. Crossing my fingers here because I absolutely love this vest and it seems to be sold out.

I ended up buying the light colored one as well and I I'm very pleased with how they are made and the stretch that they give. I don't mind the fact that it is short but granted the length goes right to the top of my pants. With tank tops I normally wear size 1 but I purchased the vest in a size 2 and I'm happy I did because I will be able to button all the buttons in the front if I need to. If that wasn't a big deal to me size 1 would have fit me fine as well. The arm holes are large so you do need to wear some kind of shirt underneath so you don't show your bra. The two little pockets on the front can be used if you want to hold something small.

The shorter length hits me just at the smallest part of my torso so it adds some shape to the baggiest of sweatshirts or sweaters. In warmer months, I wear them over spaghetti strap dresses. I have this one and the lighter denim. It would be fun to have some other colors. The denim has a little stretch so it's comfy.

They are comfortable and have a little stretch to them so I have the option to button it up if I want to. As a plus size woman, it's hard to find items that you can actually button. Usually, we just have to wear vests open, but not this one.
