Not much, but does complement the Ursula dress
Most people thought I was Lady Liberty in that crown! In general, unlike the marvelous Ursula dress, this is a cheapo set that doesn't lay right, is probably too short or something and in general simply not much. You can't wash it. 'Tis a silly thing. But - it does complement the Ursula dress, so you sorta have to get it to complete the look. So I recommend it - but only to complete the look; it's not a nice set in any way.

Not worth it
The cape is seen strangely, so it sits on the shoulders weird. The headband does stay pointed and isn't uncomfortably tight on my big head. Overall, I got this item on sale and I still don't think it was worth the price for just a shoulder cape and headband .
