beautiful BUT too big
Was so excited to receive these boots, but darn they were too big in the calf. My calf is 16" , I should of looked closer at sizing.

These are AMAZING!
I have a lot of Torrid boots and this by far is the best. I wear a size 10 and they are true to size and I have really large calves. These boots fits over them nicely and stays up. I just love them and wear them with everything. If they had it in another color I will surely get them. Don't hesitate they are just fantastic!

Amazing stretch and fit!
If you have thick calves, please invest in these. The foot is generous in width and does not pinch. The heel has a ton of cushion as well as the toe. Walking in them straight from the box is comfortable.
The calves stretch plenty without pinching and the top will come right above your knee. The very top will fold over if you don’t straighten them, but as long as you maintain the top, it’ll keep its shape. Overall, a beautiful boot!

Comfortable & weightless!
The boots are very comfortable and fit in all places, which I was pleasantly surprised by. This was my first experience ordering shoes from Torrid, and I ordered several pairs of shoes, and they all fit!!! I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Super cute !
I bought this two days ago it just arrived ! I tried them on and they are very much true to size . They are super comfortable . The only thing is the calf part is a little too wide for me (i probably just have thin calves lol ) but it's not noticeable and it's still super cute with a pair of jeans ! Highly recommend getting these they would go cute with anything !!!

Great boots, great fit!
I'm 5'8, size 22W with size 10-10.5 Wide Flintstone fat feet that also need orthotics and shapely legs with very wide calves. Whew, those are A LOT of variables for a stylish, sophisticated shopper to navigate so I haven't been able to wear cute boots in YEARS! Until I found Torrid boots two years ago. I LOVE their boot offerings and these faux suede over the knee boots are fantastic! They fit ALL my parameters perfectly; the shoe is wide enough to fit my orthotics inside, my toes aren't smushed, the shaft zips up snugly hugging my huge calves and the sole is not completely flat so it's been stable on the first few Michigan icy/salty sidewalks! I'm not walking any distances through actual snow (they're not 'snow' boots but cute winter boots) but they seem moderately durable. I have yet to buy the waterproofing spray but after the 3rd or 4th wear, I brushed off some grey salt residue and thry looked like new! I ordered online & picked them up in the store and several women were blown away at how sharp they were! I was wearing a black knee-length sweater dress and fishnet tights so the boots completed the look fabulously! I've also worn them with a black suede vest, top and winter leggings (and they STILL zipped over my large calves!) and got so many compliments! I can't say enough about how great these boots are - except that I also got them at a great price with a promo discount! Don't hesitate, get them in your size QUICKLY!

Cute, but...
Lately torrid boots don't seem to be wide enough anymore. They do fit a little snugged. I would recommend sizing at least a size up. I will have to walk around to break them in. But overall they are pretty cute.

Cheaply Made but Cute
They look cute but have plastic zippers and are made from a cheap and thin faux suede. They do actually fit my calf which normally Torrid boots are too big in the calf.

Terrible fit
I so wanted these boots to work, but they weren’t even remotely close to fitting. The foot of the boot was too wide, and the ankle area of the book was enormous. I could literally grab a fistful of empty boot around my ankle and lower calf. The upper part of my calf that needs the wide calf boot fit perfectly. There are so few options for wide calf boots; I am still disappointed that Torrid got this one so wrong.
