Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feet fills shoes nicely I normally wear a size 10w in shoes but I had to get these in a 9w because of how large the flats and sandals run. They are a perfect fit! The straps are an extra security in case you are afraid of the shoes coming off while walking in them. I’ve always had trouble with finding a pair of flats that didn’t have gapping sides but these are perfect! They fit securely around my feet and are very nice for formal wear. I will be purchasing another pair in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Size down! Torrid shoe sizing always really vaires for me, and these ones ran very large. Outside of Torrid I am a size 10 wide, sometimes 11. I bought a 9 in these shoes and they are still kind of large. At the time fo purchase they didn't have an 8 so I kept the 9 and they have held up nicely.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sooo big! Mine came in a box and are brand new, unlike the other reviewer. However, I ordered a 7 as that’s what I usually wear in Torrid shoes, and these were huge! They fit me more like a 7.5 (or even 8), which I could potentially live with, but the ankle straps were the kicker. They are just entirely too big. Not only do they look ridiculous, but my feet come out with every step. Giving a 3 star rating because they’re super cute and maybe will fit someone, but definitely not me! :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Came damaged Cute shoe but came out of the box (was an on line order) with scuff marks. Maybe it was a return or display? So not sure if the shoe is just super fragile & got damaged in transit or what but I was a little disappointed they did not appear new.
