Nice shorts
I wanted a couple pair of shorts that were beachy for our trip to Cancun. These were cute and not too short. I wish the fabric was a little softer, but I still thought they were really cute.

Itchy and Baggy
I was waiting weeks for these to drop after seeing them in the listing for the jacket. The photo didn't show the detail of the embroidery which is itchy along with the fabric. They are also much more sheer than the photo shows. I have a tummy and these are still too poofy in that area. A fail in all areas.

Very Disappointed
These looked so cute in the picture but hated them on. For one, I should have looked closer at the color. I thought they were white, but they are “Cloud Dancer” which is the ugliest color Torrid makes IMO. It’s like a dinghy yellow white that looks stained. Second, the fabric is awful. It’s like imitation linen. It’s hard and rough and see through. The waist runs a little tight and the rough fabric wants to bunch up. Very disappointed. Not for me. Sending back.

Saw these online and thought the cut out details were so cute. Then when the shorts came in, the embroidery around the cutouts were like a beige color, like someone spilled tea on the shorts and tried washing them out. Then I tried them on, and the embroidery was itchy, and stiff, and the material was so see through, you could make out where the pockets were and my underwear lines were.

Terrible color
I can never remember that "cloud dancer" is NOT a white or even whiteish color. It's this awful tan peachy beige color, and it's so bad. It looks like a dingy used-to-be-white-at-one-time. I'd been waiting for these shorts ever since they were worn in a picture for a different item, but I didn't even take them out of the bag when it arrived because the color was so gross.
