Rated 5 out of 5 by from PERFECT!! I’ll start by staying this is way outside my comfort zone. I wear mostly all black. I got this for vacation and paired it with the navy challis pants and the studio metallic bandeau top. When I tell you STRANGERS were stopping me complimenting me, believe me!! I got no less than 10 strangers. One person said I look very “rich”. If you are on the fence, get it! I got the lighter color with flowers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chocheted Kimonos I purchased both of the kimonos and couldn't possibly be happier with them. I did have to get them shortened though. I had my seamstress take out several inches above the lace bottom and reattach.

It's extremely flattering and I got a lot of compliments on it when I wore it to work. There is no crochet, it's more of an eyelet materiel, but it's a gorgeous piece. I have zero regrets buying this. Fits as expected.

The eyelet is lovely, the fabric is lightweight with a nice swing from the weight of the eyelet, and if you're short like me( 5'3) this will hit you at lower calf level! I love it, it's the perfect summer weight, for when you need something to throw over a tank top or cami to go in the grocery store, where it's freezing, lol, but it's still not too hot when you walk back outside!😍 I think it's true to size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dress up or Casual, Cute! I picked this up because I love how versatile it can be. It can make a little sundress look fancier or goes well with a tank jeans and flip flops. I love the tiny crochet detail (if we want to get technical Its more like tatting) that joins the eyelet lace to the fabric, as well as a few spots near the shoulder and across the back. There are also tiny gathered areas at the top of the sleeve so they puff ever so slightly, whichnjust makes it feel ever so slightly more formal. The quality of the fabric is significantly better than many of my other kimono (that are not from torrid) and i can tell that this wont turn to fuzz after a season. I love that its machine washable as well.

I'm 5'4", 160 lbs, 38DD, usually a solid 16 and got this in a 2. I do agree with the reviewer who said the armholes are more fitted. There isn't any give either since it's chiffon. Just adore this piece!!
