Yes the material is a little heavier, bordering on outer wear, but it will make a perfect fall piece. It is perfectly tailored, the lining is nice and soft, it true to size and very flattering. I am a size 18, with fairly broad shoulders, typically a 2 in almost everything torrid, and the 2 fit perfectly. Babes, get the jacket if you can!

I usually get a size 3 in fitted jackets but it runs big, a little boxy so I sized down to a 2 and it still fits a bit loose. I am 5' 9", 230 lbs, 44C. I bought it on clearance at a fraction of the original price.

It is too heavy to wear all day in the office, but it is lined, and blocks wind well, so it is a great transitional jacket for a sunny breezy day. It’s a bit boxy, not quite a size too big, but not as fitted as it looks on the model for my figure.

I usually purchase size 2 in Torrid but find their blazers run big and then look boxy on my 5'4" 265 lb curvy shape. I ordered size 1 and it fits perfect. Buttons fine and shows my waist. Soft and stretchy! A great addition to my wardrobe. .but very happy I sized down.
