I feel like a princess!
I love this dress! I have it in the blue patterned one as well and regret not getting the other floral one when it was available! It’s a dress that makes you feel like a country princess when wearing it!
And yes, I’ll admit the buttons are loose and big boobies make it gap in the chest area (like any fitted button down top does, let’s be honest about that!) but nothing a little fashion tape or safety pins can’t fix. Honestly if I had good sewing skills, I’d just sew the top half together to solve the gapping problem, and wouldn’t have to use fashion tape all the time but I’m afraid my sewing skills aren’t as good as a pro seamstress. None the less, I still think this dress is worth it (on sale of course). I get so many compliments every time I wear this dress out. I also appreciate that it’s light and airy. Very comfortable to wear in the summer heat if Florida. What are you waiting for, just get it!

Fantastic buy!
Bought this dress for my son's wedding and could not be happier! It was formal enough for the wedding, yet delightfully comfortable and great to dance in! I usually HATE buying clothing, but this was a HUGE win! Worth every cent and more!!!

An absolute dream
I absolutely love this dress. The color is perfect, the details are beautiful, and I especially love the shoulder ties. I bought it to wear to a wedding in November and it honestly feels like a dream. 🥰 I also think the hat I’m wearing in my photo complements the color so well, and I’m big on wearing hats anyway lol, so I already love how easily I can make the dress feel like me.
I actually bought both my normal size and one size up to compare. My usual size was definitely more fitted through the top. For reference, I’m broad through my upper body and a D cup, so I preferred the extra room from sizing up. The larger size fits comfortably without looking oversized, and the ruching in the back isn’t stretched out at all. I definitely wouldn’t go up another size because then I think it would be too much.
It is pretty long on me, but I’m only 5’4”. I’m wearing platform shoes in my photo and it’s still nearly floor length, so I may have it shortened a little before the wedding.
The buttons do still gape some even in the larger size, so I’m planning to have that area closed for a little more security. I’ve used a microstitch tool on similar Torrid dresses to keep the buttons from gaping, and it works great for casual wear. Since this one is for an event, though, I want something a little more secure and finished. 😅
Even with the few adjustments I plan to make, this is easily a 5-star dress for me. I love it enough that there was never really a question of returning it. I’m just having it tweaked to fit me exactly how I want, and I can’t wait to wear it in November. 💕

I love this dress! I am 5’ 5” tall and typically wear a size 1 in Torrid dresses. I wear a 36H (UK size bra) and the size 1 fits perfectly except for a tiny pull on two of the buttons. I did also try a size 2 but it was too large. The length hits the floor on me but I am okay with that. It is a really beautiful dress! Definitely recommend.

I bout this dress the other day in store. It just fits rite everywhere. I wish there were more colors though. This mauve is excellent. I dont like my arms bare so I paired a shear bell shirt under it.
