Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful top! Just received my FESTI hi-low tunic top, it’s so feminine and girly! Can’t wait to style it, I believe it’s true to size. I wear between a 2/3 in tops. I went with the 3 in this particular case because I’m planning on wearing as a layering piece. One thing for certain be prepared to get it snagged very easily. The color is so versatile IMO.
