Perfect for Layering
I love this crop top! It's perfect for wearing under strappy dresses and cami-style shirts without creating a lot of bulk underneath. I'm also pretty short, so this eliminates having to tuck a long shirttail into trousers and jeans. I intend to buy at least 2 more when my size gets restocked.

Top tier fishnet
Fits great, feel comfortable.i haven't gotten a fishnet or mesh product that I haven't liked from torrid and this top is no different.

Sizing inconsistent
Torrid needs to get their sizing figured out. I ordered a 00 tee shirt from them that’s almost too big for me, but I ordered this in a 1 and almost need a 2! It’s cute at least, but definitely SIZE UP!

The cut is weird
I’m not sure if just the one I got was cut/constructed wrong or if they are all like this, but something is off. First off the arms are different sizes like the one sleeve for a larger top was sewn on by mistake. It also feels like it may have been made backwards as the back where the tag is located in lower than the front. The neckline continually rides up. As others have said the material is not soft and the neck is very scratchy which makes the fact that it constantly rids up even more uncomfortable.

3 major things:
1. The ***vertical*** lines you see on the product photos are actually there in person - this is not visual interference (moire effect). The lines are not bold enough to consider it intentional, so it kinda just caught me off guard when I put it on and just makes me double take.
2. This is not soft like the full length nightfall fishnet shirt. This feels like cheap scratchy plastic compared to that full length version.
3. This is cut WAY small. I have two "under it all" shirts in 0's and they hold my 36 DDD no problem. This fishnet version (in a size ONE), the band does not sit on my ribcage - but instead just barely cups under my boobs. I ordered one size up based on another reviewer but I should have sized up TWICE.
Key takeaways: This is for you if you like micro fine line stripes, don't have sensory issues, and your size is in stock (two up).
Redeeming qualities: sleeve length is sufficient even if you have long arms. netting doesn't easily snag. silhouette.

Poor quality
Just received my online order. This and the fishnet dress are both being returned. Cheap halloween costume material. The light vertical lines in pic are actually there. Smells of chemicals. Really this feels similar to plastic mesh produce bags.
