Not cute!!
It’s a really cute necklace in the picture but when received none of the charms stay up, they all just dangle at the very bottom and it looks very clustered.

Torn Ribbon
Beautiful but came damaged which seems the pattern. The packaging looks perfect so im assuming it was placed in the packaging damaged. Why would you ship something that obviously is not intact?

This necklace is so cute but that's abut the only good thing to say about it. It's very cheaply made and the twisted tissue purple layer arrived half twisted and almost torn. I'd expect this from a cheap necklace but not something I paid $40+ for! Torrid, you really need to switch jewelry suppliers because the quality of ur jewelry pieces has really gone down the past 3 years. I will no longer be purchasing any of your jewelry pieces again. There is little to no quality assurance and about 40% of the time something is wrong, either broken or a gem missing. This will be going back!
