I emailed torrid and they emailed me back right away and sent a return slip. They sent out a new pair and I returned the other. These were on their clearance final sales as well. The jeans also fit very well! I normally need a bigger size in order to fit my thighs and then it’s too big in the waist, but these fit perfectly for my thighs and my waist! I’m very happy every time I order from torrid, I just wish it was less expensive.
