Why the bad rating????
It's been a ROLLERCOASTER with these undies! I ordered them and the fringe bra at the same time. When the order finally ships like 3 WEEKS LATER, I'm notified that the panty is canceled because it's outta stock. Deep down I'm deviated. Like seriously, what good is the FRINGE BRA without the FRINGE PANTY??? A few days later, i see it in stock in a size 4. I think that's perfect because all the reviews complained of lack of stretch and inability to go past hips. I get the size 4 and they are HUGE. Again, I'm devastated:( At this point in stalking the website for my size. Finally, weeks after my initial purchase of a size 2 panty, there's 1 available. It arrived yesterday and while it took some care to get it on, it did fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the entire set..... literally not 1 complaint. ALSO, I'm a pear shaped girl w nice wide hips and was able to wear my actual size. Good luck w these panties ladies!

I wanted to love them
Unfortunate I like them, but I don't love them. The actual waistband has no stretch whatsoever. They are hard to put on and a little uncomfortable. However, once you get them on, they are pretty cute.

Very cute, need the lights on to be sure that the fringes and straps all go the right way. Somehow I ordered a size 3 when I am a size 2, but too late I already tried it on. No problem getting them on, not sure what the other people are talking about. They would have fit better if I'd ordered my regular size.

Disappointed
Purchased the bra and panty but was very disappointed with this bottom. Purchased the size I always order but as other reviewers the fringes had “NO” stretch marking it difficult to go over a curvy bottom.

Runs really small!
I ordered these in both a size 5 and size 6. I can usually wear both sizes from Torrid, but my weight fluctuates by about 10 lbs so it's nice to have a little extra room with the 6's, though 5 is probably closer to the correct size for me. Not with these panties. There is no stretch at all to them and the waist band runs super small. I couldn't even get the size 6's over my hips. And again, usually with a Torrid size 6 I have room to spare. Torrid's lingerie sizes are usually pretty consistent so I was really surprised these run so small. You'll probably need to order at least two sizes up if you any kind of hips or stomach at all. Fail on their part. Strangely the matching bra fits just fine, like most bras I get from Torrid.

No stretch at all!
I was shocked that the only part that isn't stretchy is the part with the fringe that has to go over your hips and belly! Who made that call? I went up a size too! It made me feel uncomfortable and totally unsexy. Another annoying thing...the fringe will get caught in your butt checks which forces you to get it out every time you move.

Confusing panties
These panties come with so many straps (but they’re all connected) that I literally couldn’t figure them out for a bit. Once I finally did get them on, the strip of the fringe is too tight and has no give to fit over the hips.
