I ordered them in my regular legging size and they have plenty of stretch without being see through. I recently turned 57 and I'm 5'5"- 5" 6" and 200.lbs. I have them in size 1 and 2 because I've lost some weight and came back and ordered them again in the 1. They are comfy in both sizes.

I messaged customer support and they sent me a new pair immediately. Hopefully the new pair lasts longer! One other thing I wanted to mention is that the crotch seems longer than their other leggings. I got my normal size.
