Wanna wear fishnets with a dress or skirt but you are firmly a shorts under either girly but don't want the extra bulk of layering them, bam!

The built in shorts are seriously a life saver, and since you’re kind of forced to wear boots with them (at least I feel like you are), you just look like a baddie. I’d highly recommend them!
