Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm OBSESSED with these!! Upon first impression, I admittedly didn't like these much, which is shocking because I'm head over heels in love with them now. The one dislike I have about them is they're a very awkward length with the shorts and are too long on me. I like my shorts very short and I'm also 5'4". I quickly put that issue aside though because they are soooo cute. I love knee highs and thigh highs, but they never stay up and just never work out right for me. The quality seems very well made and durable. As other reviewers have said, they're even brighter in person than they are in the pictures. They almost glow in the dark! These look like knee highs while being comfortable and (obviously) footless. They're true to Torrid legging size, which means that they run small in my opinion. Whatever size you normally wear in Torrid leggings, get that size, but if you've never purchased leggings from here before, size UP.

These give the look without any rolling, slipping, or fighting with a garter belt. I got so many compliments both times I've worn these. Thd yellow is very bright and stands out in black light. I ordered my regular legging size. I'm only 5'3, so my legs are lot shorter than the model, but these didn't pool at my ankles.
