This is loose enough but it has a fitted look to it, which makes it perfect with a skirt. I really like the blue and I'll probably order the brown too for Fall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute top for summer! Just got this today! My store only had the brown, but I got to try it on before I ordered it in the blue. Light material, the blue is nice. I find it runs large - I take a 2, but I ordered a one. Not too low, a shorter length for skirts - I'm a fan!
