It is very feminine looking with the ruffle around the neckline. I went up 1 size as there is no stretch, it is now a little big at shoulders but good fit around the middle. The picture online makes the colour seem muted but I feel it is more vibrant, which I do like. Overall a pretty top to dress up or to wear with jeans.

The ruffle at the neck, gives this blouse a more elevated look! It's very feminine, the material is flowy and light weight with plenty of room if you want to layer underneath - perfect for warmer days!

I could have probably sized down. I LOVE the waist and neckline. It is very flattering. It is the perfect weight- very lightweight, but not sheer- for summer.
