It's also long enough to cover my mind section which I also prefer (5'10, 238lbs, hold my weight in mid section and I'm top heavy in the chest of that helps anyone out there!) - I chose a 0 and it fit well, - if you want a "baggy" feel, you may want to size up, but if you like it closer to form, there still is room too. Just depends how baggy you like it.
