ACtually warm!
I live basically right near Canada. We get freezing temps here all the time. Last night it got to like 10 below. ( Though we have had colder) this jacket kept me so warm! I am 5'3 and a size 2 in tops and 3 in bottoms. I ordered the 3. It fits with enough room to spare for some layering, but if you have a really thick sweatshirt, it will be kind of cramped feeling but not so bad you can't zip up or move your arms about. The lengths, for me, were perfect... it goes past my knees and the sleeves are long enough. Only real issues I've had so far is the lining did leave little tufts of "fur" all over one of my sweatshirts I was wearing underneath, and occasionally , because it is a two zipper design, i have to wiggle them a tiny bit up and down before it'll zip up properly. A little frustrating but definitely not a deal breaker. I have NEVER had a coat this warm. I love it. If it weren't so expensive I would buy another to have as backup. I hope they keep this jacket at torrid forever.

The Jacket I've Been Waiting For!!!
Fantastic jacket in a great shade of grey. Super soft lining makes me feel cozy warm even on a cold Canadian winter day. It fits very well, and is very flattering. I've been putting off buying a new winter coat because most of the time I feel big and bulky but not with this one!! Highly recommend, and luckily I haven't had any issues with quality or twisted sleeves so that may have been an isolated issue another customer had.

Blanket coat!
The jacket is amazingly warm! It comes in at all the right places, giving my body shape. the quality feels very nice and it has a nice weight to it. My ONLY complaint is that I cannot zip the jacket up! :( I got it to zip when I took it out of the box. The next morning I spent a few minutes fighting with it and just decided to button it.

if you're between sizes, SIZE UP
i'm between a size 2/3.. the coat is phenomenal.. but my bust is 42F... it fits PERFECTLY...meaning, I needed to have sized up to a 3 instead of a 2... hopefully they will restock, or else I will be dropping some lbs for this coat to fit :/

Awesome coat
this coat is so warm, it took 10 days to be sent out to my house here in ny, but definitely worth the wait ,

I bought this coat at the end of last year the coat is great and warm but the sleeves are too short and made very small. The rest of the coat fits great. Bigger girls don’t have small arms.

Twisted Left sleeve
I just bought this coat last week. The right sleeve fits perfectly. The left sleeve is so twisted that it seems like it was sewn in incorrectly. The left sleeve is completely uncomfortable and too tight. I tried everything to untwist the sleeve because the rest of the coat is very comfortable and warm. I’m very disappointed.

They sent me a defective coat
I should preface this by saying that I love this coat. Super warm.
They sent me a coat that had been returned (missing a tag, wasn't in the original bag) and wasn't inspected for quality. The zipper on the jacket I received was broken. I tried fixing it, but no luck.
