They are high waisted and puff out at the bottom like a skirt, I usually just tuck in my shirts to get a better figure going. I flew to Florida in them (a little over a 2 hour flight) and they did well. They road up a little bit but that’s to be expected.

Usually I’m self conscious about my belly, and my legs - but these shorts actually make me feel good about all my “problem” areas. I highly recommend. They can be dressed up or down, and they are extremely comfortable and flowy. I paired with heels, and a black v-neck, and a necklace with all kinds of different colors (I got all of these pieces from Torrid)! I’m so glad I purchased these shorts!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these shorts so much I have 4 pairs! I bought a pair of the black lace shorts last year at the end of the summer. I loved it so much I bought 3 more this year. These shorts are flowy but not baggy. I've worn them with just a plain tshirt and some canvas shoes. I've also dressed them with strappy wedge sandals and a Torrid top. I've had people asked me if I was wearing a skirt and pleasantly surprised when they saw they were shorts.

Very cute and comfy shorts with an elastic waistband. The pair I have sits just above the knee, which is significantly longer than the photo gives off. I love these shorts.
