They ran about 2 sizes to big for me (but I have a flat bum) so I did have to return and re-order the correct size. The fabric has some stretch and it's so soft. These can pass as causal or work pants, and anytime I can go into the office feeling comfy with a drawstring waist I am very happy! If they made more colors and styles of this pant I would buy them all.

The texture is a little more like thicker more wooly type sweatpants, but they are so comfortable! (not itchy or anything). The only thing that would make you think they are sweatpants instead of work dress pants is the drawstring tie. Also, my being 5'1" had these fit me like normal standard length pants, so that was actually a plus for me because I don't like crop pants.
