I’m a size 3 at Torrid normally, I ordered a size 3 and It’s true to size/maybe alittle big but I prefer a loose fitting top. So I guess it depends how you like your fit. If you want it less flowy id size down.

The navy color is rich and dark and love the hot pink in design. I found it to be true to size. And I must say its very cool for the summer heat.
