I'm always worried about arm fit, but this jacket you can get away with true to size or even a size smaller. 00 was too snug on the body, but 0 was almost too big. I have some extra room. I'm typically a size 1, sometimes a 0 depending on flowiness. Good sleeve length as well, sometimes sleeves are too short on me. This one is perfect. I would say I have average length arms for 5'7", but definitely thick ones at the upper area.
