It feels like any other torrid dress and is perfect for all year wear, not just as a costume! I've been looking for a beautiful dolly dress just to wear, and this is perfect! It has a built in petticoat underneath made out of rough fabric, but a slip is under it so that fabric doesn't touch you and provides a beautiful full skirt! The waist is stretchy where the ribbon rests and so is the upper chest area! I can fit a 0-3 but I bought a size 1 to fit tight to my body and it's PERFECT! I wear a size 20 in pants and have a 40 F bust if that helps anyone get an idea! It's absolutely perfect and I WILL be wearing it all year long to fulfill my cute doll dreams.
