Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Go Wrong Harper Material is nice. I always love the Harper shirts, and this short sleeve version is no different. I would prefer a regular short sleeve to the flutter sleeve, but it's okay. I usually wear a size 0 or 1 - I like things roomy. The 1 fits just the way I like it. The print is cute too.
