Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool comfortable blouse. I bought this beautiful blouse in mint color. So springtime looking. I wear a size 00 and it gives me a slender look, not overly roomy. It is nice and cool to wear and love the flutter sleeves. It would be cute in puff sleeves down to elbows, which would hide arm fat more. I would love it in more colors of peach, pink, purples, and medium blue.

I would prefer a regular short sleeve to the flutter sleeve, but it's okay. I usually wear a size 0 or 1 - I like things roomy. The 1 fits just the way I like it. The print is cute too.
