It is nice and cool to wear and love the flutter sleeves. It would be cute in puff sleeves down to elbows, which would hide arm fat more. I would love it in more colors of peach, pink, purples, and medium blue.

I would prefer a regular short sleeve to the flutter sleeve, but it's okay. I usually wear a size 0 or 1 - I like things roomy. The 1 fits just the way I like it. The print is cute too.
