The puff sleeve on this is such a nice change!! It's super cute while still being professional and covering my upper arms. More colors please!

I am not buying the taupe because that color is never flattering with my coloring. Of taupe works for you, buy it! I wore the black one with flowy black pants to a long, solemn event. I got a lot of compliments on a day that you don’t expect any. The sleeves are so flattering, especially if you don’t like to show your arms. I’ve lost a lot of weight and I am very self conscious about the extra skin on my arms. They also are still quite large despite the weight loss. This top has me feeling very confident!
