No capped sleeves!!
Finally a shirt with regular short sleeves! Capped sleeves are not for me or my flabby arms. Please make more shirts with regular sleeves.

Good shirt but no give
Nice shirt for the summer. I went up a size and I’m glad I did as I am bigger busted. The rest is alittle flowy now but I think it would have been too tight in the bust had I bought my normal size. Material doesn’t stretch at all. Really cute especially on sale.

Pretty & Professional!
Just got this as part of an online order, and I love it. The color is a gorgeous, deeply saturated teal blue: my absolute favorite! Styled with a skirt, it looks put together and professional. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cut of the Harper blouses has changed slightly in the past few years. I have 5-6 year old Harpers in my closet which fit great, but the newer ones don't fit my body as well. I normally wear a size 3 in tops with stretch, and a 4 in tops without stretch. But 4s are too baggy and loose through the bust (I'm a 46DD/DDD for reference) while 3s are both too tight across my belly and slightly too short to wear untucked. I bought this in a 3 knowing I would wear it tucked into a skirt. Styled like that, it will be a go-to piece for work.

It is okay.
I really wanted the other kind of blouse I had purchased earlier. I guess I still need to learn which Harper is a Harper. This blouse was more of a green than a blue and it was a stiffer material. It wore differently than the other more "airy" Harper I had purchased earlier. The fit is a little tighter across the bosom, too. I can and will wear this, but I really like the earlier blouse I ordered better.

I absolutely love these shirts. If you are a big arm girl these are perfect for you. My only complaint is that they do not come in more colors are prints.

Too short cut on the side
I bought a couple weeks ago. Loved the colors but returned. The cut makes the sides hit right at your waist which means if I put my hands up the sides are way too high.
