I literally went down two sizes and they are perfect. Plus they will stretch. Came back to get a second pair! Paid full price for the first one and they are 50% off now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Jeans! Bought these about a month ago and they are awesome for short apple shapes with big tummies and hips like me. The material is very lightweight so these will be great for summer months. They are pretty baggy so if you're not into that look then you won't like them. I am 5'3 and the length on these is great since I struggle with the length in jeans from Torrid even when I choose "short" inseam. These are perfect length. I'm usually a 24w in jeans everywhere else but the 22 fit me perfectly and comfortably with these. They don't really have stretch but because of the baggy style they are loose and comfy.

All the pockets are actually functional (be still my genx heart) and these look great. Light weight and fun. I don’t know that I’ll turn them into hammer pants but I just ordered another pair because these will sell out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfy! I'm really surprised that these jeans have such a low average rating...I absolutely LOVE them! They are so comfy and very lightweight. They do run big — I'm a pretty solid 14 or a 1 in Torrid bottoms, but I got these in a 12 tall (I'm of average height with a long torso so I often go with a tall inseam) and they're still quite roomy. I get compliments on these jeans every time I wear them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The comfiest "jeans" ever I call these my fake jeans because they're more comfortable than real jeans ever could be! The fabric is very light, like a thin cargo pant-adjacent material, rather than a traditional denim. They're extremely soft and breathable and swishy-flowy like an old school parachute pant. The waist is also very comfortable, I usually hate pants with buttons because they dig into my belly but the elastic makes this so easy to wear. The reviews all said to size down but I ordered my usual size of 20S (265lbs, 5'3") and the waist fits perfectly. They are still a bit long, I have to wear thick soled boots so they don't touch the ground, but I think that's just because I'm shrimpy.
