Cute for bottom heavy!
I am so excited about these trousers, love how they fit, and cannot wait to wear them to work in the springtime! On-trend, perfect weight for spring/summer. Originally ordered size 14 regular vintage khaki: relaxed in hips/thighs, gapped in the waist, too short length. Exchanged for size 12 SHORT vintage khaki: fitted hips/thighs, fitted waist, perfect ankle length. Lightweight, slightly rough crepe polyester; the fabric itself seems low quality, not sure if they will last. Extremely high waist, above belly button up to my natural waist. Nice big pant legs for my thunder thighs. I envision pairing with light-colored heels and a fitted-waist blouse. Rise 13", short inseam measured 26" for me (see pictures).
My measurements: 41" 34" 49", short torso, long legs; 206 lbs, 5' 7", pear-shape/hourglass figure. I wear size 14/1 in most Torrid pants (though size 16 in Torrid Bombshell jeans), size 16~ pants/jeans from other brands, size medium/10/00 Torrid tops (though size 0 Torrid foxy cami), and size large/12~ blouses from other brands.

Comfy and flattering!
I’m always on the hunt for a nice pair of work pants, and these are perfect! They’re not too heavy so perfect for humid Florida weather. I’m 5’10 and have super long legs, and the tall hits me right below my ankle, which is perfect so they won’t drag the ground. I carry most of my weight in my stomach, and these are super comfortable and flattering. I’m losing weight and between a 22&24, and after reading the reviews, I got a size 22 and they’re perfect.

I am always on the hunt for great black work pants. Love these! The material is great. A lighter crepe with a smidge of stretch. Roomy in the hips/butt/lower belly where I carry my weight. True to size, maybe a runs a smidge large. I'm 5'7'' and the regular hit me just below the ankle.

Try on before you buy
A really nice pant but they were huge. I bought my normal size but I think I could size down 1 or maybe 2 sizes. They literally fell off of me. Would have been good for work otherwise

Worth a try
I am glad I gave these a try, because they are comfortable and fit well! I have an apron belly and believe that these are flattering. The khaki color is darker than pictured, but otherwise I recommend giving them a try!

These fit true to size but I have an apron belly and the slant pockets were not flattering - just stuck out on the sides. Also I usually love a high waist but these were way too high for me and almost up to my bra. I could wear them lower but then I would have a saggy crotch. I'm 5'7.5" and go between a Regular and Tall length. I got the Tall in these and they were just right, so if you're significantly taller these might be too short (although Torrid has been super inconsistent with their inseams lately so who knows).

These pants are just OK for me. The quality is average, certainly not worth the price point imo. They do fit true to size and the bright pink is a beautiful color. Haven’t decided if I’m keeping them or not.

Odd fit
I wanted to really like these pants. The material is nice and light, I was looking for some transitional pants to go into spring/summer. The fit is horrible. I’m currently 5’3” 172lbs. My entire closet is Torrid. I usually wear a 16 or 18 short depending on the cut, (wide leg, skinny etc) these pants were huge in the waist, the hips landed on the side of my legs, and the length was almost to where a regular pant length would fall. I ordered a 16 short. Unfortunately, they are going back. I got both colors. I wish Torrid would take their regular book cut ponte pants and make them in a lighter fabric and colors for spring and summer.

I was really excited for a nice pair of straight leg dress pants! I am 5’4 and I ordered short, they were the perfect length but absolutely huge in the hips/ upper thigh area! Unfortunately they are going back!
