VERY comfy!
I bought these because I was looking for something light and comfy for summer. I also wanted something in-between pant and short length as I get tired of wearing shorts. These were what I was looking for! However, they have quite a bit of stretch to them, so in my opinion, this makes them run a bit large. I almost feel like I could've sized down and I'm pretty regularly a 20. I didn't need a belt when I got them out of the package but now that I've worn them for a bit, I definitely need a belt.
Also, if you're short (5'5 or shorter) these will look more like high-waters on you. I was a bit disappointed by that, but they're so comfy that I don't mind that much.
They ARE super-soft and lightweight, which is delightful.

So soft
Really do love these pants, but they're pretty big. I don't think a smaller waist size would be cute though, so I'm just keeping the larger size. I ordered a 12 and probably could've gone with a 10! Apple body shape, and I'm 5'1", so this is a really good length for me. Not too long but also not a highwater. Hits right above my ankles. The material is SOOOO soft, i love it.

Questionable
Bought one size smaller than usual, and they were still huge right out of the psckage. They required something to hold them up after wearing for a bit. Also, I’m 6 feet tall and these are long for this style… nearly ankle length on me. Overall a cute jean, but just not predictably sized

Loose, but tight.
I dig the wide leg, and the light material. That being said. I'm in between sizes, especially the wide leg jeans I can go down 1 full size. But these, whoa. They a loose/baggy fit, In the legs and tush area. I could barely button them. It's frustrating. I am keeping them. Since I'm on a weight loss journey.
For reference solid 16
I bought 14.

Cute, but HUGE!
These are SO cute, but run SO big. I am between a 22/24 in Torrid jeans, comfortable in 24, but 22 also fit. I decided to get these in a 24, and they are WAY, WAY too big. Not sure if Torrid has moved to vanity sizing, or if this is just a fluke. Unfortunately I already cut off the tags before I tried them on, so probably can't return. Go down one size for sure, maybe even 2. I am hoping I can shrink them in the wash. Otherwise super cute for spring/summer!
