I bought this blazer in black and whatever shade of blue that resembles lapis, AFTER reading so many disappointing reviews. The outer packaging came with a big DRY CLEAN sticker, likely also due to your feedback. My body type dictates what looks best on me and the shorter, more tailored fits are what I need. (And hard to find through Torrid.) these are so lightweight, I call them SHAZERS because they're cut like a blazer but light. If you're willing to follow the dry clean protocol and need more shape out of a blazer, get these. I wish Torrid's lines included more structured jackets.

Nice jacket
It’s a nice lined jacket with pockets. I love the way the jacket fits and how it falls across my shoulders and chest. I’m not always having to adjust the lapels like some jackets

Thin Spring/summer blazer
I love where this hits me. I’m happy I got the one X as I’m sometimes 1214 in tops, but this left me with room for my very ample arms. I cuff the sleeves and push them up to 3/4 and have worn this paired over a dress as well as with pull on chaliss pants from TORRID. The fabric is thin, but there are small shoulder pads. I have not washed mine yet and plan on wearing them as long as possible without having to wash them :-) bought the one in black as well as teal

I absolutely loved this Blazer for how fashionable and great it looks on. It is a good length, not too bulky and\ is flattering. I purchased size 1 and I'm small in the shoulders but wear 38G and wide in the hips/but and it fit fabulously. The material is lightweight for hotter months and it's nice that you can wear the arms pushed up as pictured. But I too washed the blazer before wearing as directed and it was a nightmare. It came out all rumpled up. I tried ironing and steaming and it still does not look the same. (doubtful that I could return it now which is a shame because I may not even get to wear it.) I may try to dry clean it because I really want to wear and love this piece. A word of caution regarding laundering this item, it seems almost impossible.

Poor Care Instructions
I regret not reading the 1 star reviews before buying this blazer. It fits perfectly... well did. Until I washed it on a Cold Gentle Cycle per. the. instructions. It says "dry clean recommended," at the bottom of the label. It should say "Dry Clean ONLY!"

Tore after 2 washes
Arm seam split after two washes!! Absolutely ridiculous for the price. It also wrinkles so, so badly and the shoulder pads tend to get folded up in themselves.
