Sad for gift cards
Unfortunately when my daughter and daughter in law attempted to use their gift cards, purchased directly from torrid, they both experienced a glitch at checkout and were unable to use their cards and were told that their cards were empty when prior to trying to make the payment the cards showed that they had $100 on them, so now they are both having to wait for their accounts to be credited back, and are unable to actually place their orders. Very unfortunate as I probably won’t get them torrid gift cards again!

I haven’t even received them. I would give zero stars if I could. They were supposed to arrive on 12/20. It is now 1/4 and they have not been truly shipped according to tracking information.
