As a thicker woman it’s hard to find a flattering wedding dress and most of my closet is torrid so I’m very happy so is my wedding dress! And with discounts and sale only got it for $16 🤣 What a WIN! I’m your guys biggest fan for clothing.

I purchased this dress while it was on clearance about two years ago, I ordered two of them as I wasn’t sure if I wanted to leave it plain or get it altered. The dress itself is really nice, there was no train to deal with, and if you were shorter, no alterations had to be done. It was also a little less delicate than other laces that I tried, some were so sensitive that if anything hit the lace, it would tear, but not on this one! This dress can also accommodate very large bust Areas, and you can tighten the middle of it with a decorated belt. It was easy to move in, and they ended up looking like a $3000 dress. After I bought the two dresses, I have them added together you’ll see in the photos.

The lace detail is beautiful and elegant, and the tea-length style made it feel both classic and comfortable. The dress fit true to size and was very flattering, especially through the waist and shoulders. I appreciated how lightweight and easy it was to move in — perfect for dancing and enjoying the day without feeling restricted. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it photographed beautifully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Tea length I bought this dress in the three smallest sizes- 10, 12, and 14 because of my chest and body size, 10 was the winner and it was even a little too big. I wore it for my June 2025 wedding and added a rainbow petticoat under to give a little poof and an embellished belt to bring the waist in. Great quality for the lace and layers, is slightly heavy but still perfect for an early summer wedding. I was able to move in the dress, kneel down, dance, bend over, no restriction at all.

After gaining a little bit of weight over the holidays, I bought this dress (on clearance) as a possible backup dress, just in case my $1,200 wedding dress doesn't fit. 😬 I'm fairly certain that my original dress will be fine, but it's also heavy and might be too warm to wear for my Memorial Day weekend wedding... so I'm also considering it as a possible reception dress. It's absolutely beautiful on, fits true to size, and is the perfect length! The back of the dress is beautiful, as well... it's a shame the online photos don't show the back. If you're on the fence and they have your size, GET IT! I swear it's more beautiful in person!

The quality is excellent for the price. I was a bit skeptical because of the cost, but I am so glad I chose this dress for my intimate ceremony next week. I’ve already received so many compliments just from showing a small preview. I couldn’t be happier — definitely buy this dress! Thank you, Torrid, for helping make my “ever after” so happy 😍
