No stretch at all but order a size up. The flab under the arms show but I will wear a light jacket. It’s so pretty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great work top! I really like this top. The color is a bit unusual; it's not exactly hunter green but is darker than most tones but I don't mind that at all. It is cut a bit high on the shoulders, but I don't mind that either. My arms aren't my problem area so it works for me. I love the neck. It's fully elasticized so it's comfortable all day and doesn't choke me. I did not have to constantly readjust it all day like I've had to do with similar high neck tops.
